my contribution

In this project, I coordinated the development team during the final phase of the project.I oversaw the design of the user experience within the space through the definition of User Journeys, with the goal of identifying user needs and translating them into features to be integrated into the digital platform and physical touchpoints.I designed the interface for the ultrastretch digital touchpoints, consisting of a touchscreen synchronized with an application accessible via tablet, ensuring coherent and intuitive navigation between the two devices.Finally, I handled the selection of the hardware supply, the design of the technological infrastructure, and its integration within the physical spaces and between the installations.
