my contribution

For this project, I handled the preliminary research phase, analyzing existing geoportals with particular attention to navigation strategies, search paradigms, and user-site interaction dynamics.I then worked on designing the user experience (UX) and the website interface (UI), focusing especially on accessibility of navigation. A key aspect was the analysis and normalization of the dataset: contents came from heterogeneous databases and the normalization work was important to ensure consistency and usability of information.The system allows users to explore content through advanced filters, narrative suggestions, thematic stories, or directly via interaction with a map of Italy.
