An exhibition telling the vision of Aboca through science, culture, and the environment.

An interactive path guides the visitor through the discovery of the company: from the plants, to the laboratories, up to the archive of cultural events. An immersive experience that translates the brand identity into a narrative, putting nature, research, and the future into dialogue.

my contribution

For this exhibition, I mainly handled the development and partly the design of eight interactive installations. Most installations consist of multi-projections developed with vvvv, a visual programming language. Interactivity is achieved through various sensors (capacitive, rotary encoders, touch screens), whose data, collected by Arduino, are sent to vvvv, which returns them to the visitor through visual and sound feedback.Among my favorites, the installation of Cultivations allows observation of plant seeds placed on capacitive slides. Upon touch, detailed information about the corresponding plant appears on a curved multi-projection.The installation of Research shows the company’s various research areas: the user can select and visualize them on a wall of projected flasks. The entire scene is recreated in a virtual 3D environment to manage projection onto real three-dimensional objects.
